Pool Permit Plans

If you are considering putting in an in-ground pool, you will need to obtain a building permit plan. This is referred to as a pool permit plan.

A pool permit plan is a lot plot plan showing the entire property, including the proposed pool or spa and its mechanical equipment and any driveways, walkways, parking areas, walls, retaining walls, utilities, easements, trees, or other structures. A survey may also be required depending on the location of the pool on your lot.
