The Sadsbury Village project consisted of 146 townhome units on the southern side of Route 30 in Sadsbury Township, Chester County. D.L. Howell contracted with TR White, Inc. of West Chester, PA, to perform complete civil engineering design services.

The Shields Company office building located along Route 3 in Westtown Township posed several unique engineering challenges. A substantial natural slope made the site difficult to accommodate the building, and the parcel was not quite large enough to fit the required square footage that Shields Construction needed.
Ryan Homes contracted D.L. Howell to provide permit plan and site analysis services for their Quarry Ridge project, located in Sadsbury Township, Chester County. As part of our services, we provided a test fit analysis and a matrix of which house models would fit on certain lots; this was then utilized by Ryan’s Sales Team when new homebuyers selected a house model and lot size
Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge & Mitsubishi is one the largest Dodge and Mitsubishi dealerships on the East Coast. When Jeff D’Ambrosio decided to relocate both dealerships, he contacted D.L. Howell to perform site feasibility studies to determine a suitable location.
