PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
D.L. Howell worked with Lot 24 Wrights Lane, L.P. to develop a property located at the corner of Wrights Lane and Airport Road which backs up to the West Chester Reservoir in West Goshen Township. The conceptual project consisted of the layout of 3 buildings with views onto the reservoir and parking along the sides and entire frontage. This selected site would also be the new home for D.L. Howell and Howell Kline Surveying's main offices. The remaining buildings would have the ability to be individually sold as condominium units or split up internally into multiple tenant spaces.

In the early stages of development, D.L. Howell worked with West Goshen Township to obtain approval for Zoning Variances for building setbacks along Wrights Lane and adjacent to a Residential District. After these were approved D.L. Howell worked with the Township Engineer and Township Staff for Land Development Approval including the design of 2 elaborate underground pipe storage and infiltration systems. These underground systems are fitted with a "Terre Klean" structure designed to remove parking lot pollutants and other materials to clean stormwater run-off before entering the reservoir.

Now that the project is complete D L Howell and Howell Kline Surveying occupy Building #3, Building #1 is occupied by Gateway Medical Associates and Building #2 will soon be the new home of Main Line Dermatology and will also have space remaining for up to 3 more tenants.

All 3 buildings take advantage of some of the best views of the West Chester Reservoir for a professional office environment.
