DLHowell Certified Filtrexx Designers
 D.L. Howell & Associates was trained and certified in April 2009 by Filtrexx International, LLC as Certified Designers. The team at D. L. Howell went through a full-day training seminar conducted by Filtrexx staff. The seminar provided training to the staff to design and use Filtrexx products and Best Management Practices (BMP's) for erosion control measures and post construction stabilization.
Since being certified by Filtrexx, D. L. Howell & Associates has utilized Filtrexx products in numerous projects to provide Erosion & Sedimentation Control measures during construction activities. These measures are approved and recommended by the PADEP to provide a higher level of sedimentation removal and protection than current fencing will provide. D.L. Howell has also designed projects utilizing Filtrexx products to provide low impact permanent stormwater management. These measures are designed to provide municipal and state required stormwater controls and mitigation without requiring the normal land disturbances associated with conventional stormwater management and control structures. In addition to designing low impact stormwater management for new projects, D.L. Howell has also re-engineered existing projects, both before and during construction, to implement stormwater management and control systems to lessen the overall land disturbance and excavation required to provide control of the post construction stormwater runoff. |
