• 48 Mushroom Double Expansion of an Existing Mushroom Production Farm in New Garden Township, PA (Subdivision, Land Development, NPDES & MFEMP Approvals)
• 75,000 s.f. Mushroom Processing and Packaging Facility in New Garden Township (Land Development & NPDES Approvals)
• Ongoing Collaboration with Jesse Davis of Your Conservation Connection preparing MFEMP plans, GIS Mapping & Site Layout
• Worked in conjunction with Your Conservation Connection to help a local mulch and soil and stone wholesale operation avoid steep NRCS fines for stormwater runoff by accurately calculating the amount of site runoff,  the available lagoon volume and helping them implement a maintenance and inspection program to bring them into and compliance and to avoid any future issues.
