D. L. Howell & Associates was contracted by Ryan Homes to prepare building permit plans and survey services including construction stakeout and as-built certification. The community consists of new single family homes up to 5 bedrooms, up to 3 ½ baths and 2-car garages in plans that can top 3,000 square feet on 3 levels.

The community was just introduced and is currently under construction with acres of natural open space. Oakcrest is located at the intersection of Franklin Street and Glencrest Road just North of Lincoln Highway in Valley Township, Chester County.
