PennDOT announces its new ePermitting system, effective October 31st. Here is what you need to know:

PennDOT will be transitioning from a manual (paper) Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) application and submission system to an entirely digital web-based system.

PennDOT anticipates increased review efficiency. This means D.L Howell can get you your HOP Permit faster.

All businesses or individuals applying for an HOP or assisting with the application process must use ePermitting

In order to use the ePermitting system you must have an ePermitting account or credentials through ECMS.
