Working with our clients and providing them with the information they need quickly and efficiently is our top priority.  Typically when a client needs a document, PDF or drawing file they would call in and request that one of our associates email them the files. While this is standard practice in business, there are more efficient ways of sharing files and working with our clients.

To continually improve our engineering services, D.L.Howell has created our own Engineering Cloud, DLHowell Client File Access. D.L. Howell Client File Access is our client only, secure file server that allows project managers to share engineering documents with our clients relating to their projects.

When project access is needed, Clients will be provided with their own username and password for the Client File Access and be able to log in to view their project documents, while also having the ability to download as well as upload project related files any time.  This allows our clients to have access to the latest documents related to their engineer projects.  The secure client file access site is mobile friendly as well.  Downloading and viewing documents on mobile devices such as the iPhone, Droid or iPad is simple and fast.
