PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

D L Howell & Associates was contracted by WP Realty to prepare Land Development Plans for their Shops at Devon Project consisting of 2 commercial buildings, one commercial flex space and one restaurant. DL Howell prepared plans and details for submission and approval from Tredyffrin Township, PADEP, Conservation District, and PennDOT. D L Howell also conducted infiltration tests within the proposed parking area and designed an underground pipe storage system to maximize the development area. Due to poor testing results alternative methods of stormwater management were designed. In order to treat stormwater for water quality several BMP's were implemented such as, a green roof,  a landscape restoration area and numerous rain gardens. Throughout the project DL Howell worked extensively with the client and the Township to redevelop this brownfield site.
