On May 12, 2011, The Congregate Care Campus Expansion for Kendal at Longwood ground breaking ceremony took place. Bryan D. Kulakowsky, P.E., the Senior Engineering Manager for D.L. Howell & Associates, Inc. was in attendance at the ceremony taking the photos shown below.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Congregate Care Campus Expansion for Kendal at Longwood consists of 48 cottages within the 115 acre campus located in Kennett Township, Chester County.  Major technical design components of the project include the following: Layout of buildings, curbing, parking, paving.  Site grading, erosion controls, stormwater management.  Overall site utility design including water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer.  Securing of all regulatory permits required to construct project including PADEP, PADOT, CCCD and approval from the local municipality.
