Construction has begun at the Courtyard Marriot Hotel site in Coatesville, PA.  The Coatesville Redevelopment project consists of a 125 Room Courtyard Marriot Hotel, 80,000 SF office building, and a three floor parking garage on 22 acres.  The project was funded through various local, state and federal grants and private funding. 

D.L. Howell & Associates, Inc. was contract by the Oliver, Tyrone, Pulver Corporation to provide the following: layout of buildings, curbing, parking, paving, site grading, erosion controls, stormwater management, lighting, and landscaping.  Overall site utility design including:  water, sewer, storm and sewage pump stations.  Securing of all regulatory permits required to construct project including PADEP, PADOT and CCCD.
