Crystal Springs - A 130 Proposed Residential Townhome Subdivision located in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County. Water Resources Management for the Crystal Springs Land Development project included a Dam Breach Permit through PADEP and two General Permits through the PADEP.
Crane Tract - A 573 Residential unit located in West Caln Township, Chester County. Three General Permits were acquired from the PADEP for activities which involved either water obstruction or wetland encroachment.
