Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge & Mitsubishi is one the largest Dodge and Mitsubishi dealerships on the East Coast.  When Jeff D’Ambrosio decided to relocate both dealerships, he contacted D.L. Howell to perform site feasibility studies to determine a suitable location.  Once a site was determined, D.L. Howell worked closely with East Caln Township to develop a zoning amendment to allow the relocation of the dealership.  This project was especially challenging in that it is located in two different Municipalities (East Caln Township and West Whiteland Township) with different zoning classifications.  D.L. Howell developed a plan that complied with the West Whiteland parcel and utilized that portion of the project for stormwater management.  More than 1000 parking stalls were provided for vehicle display and storage.  After the facility was constructed, D’Ambrosio called upon D.L. Howell again to design two restaurant pads adjacent to the dealership.  These restaurant pads ultimately were acquired by Cracker Barrel and Max & Erma's.
