Jayeff Construction contracted with D.L. Howell to design a new Goodyear Just Tires and Blinds to Go retail center in West Whiteland Township.  The property is located in the prestigious Exton Town Center Zoning District.  The project required extensive reviews before the Township for both land development and architecture, including color schemes and building materials.  D.L. Howell worked closely with the client and the Township to produce a plan that met the needs of all involved.
