Ruggieri General Sales contracted D.L. Howell to design their new Dealership on Route 202.  The project was unique as the property is located within two municipalities with different zoning classifications. The project proposed originally a 16,160 square foot dealership along with 220 parking spaces for employees, storage and sales display.  D.L. Howell worked closely with the Townships to draft a revised ordinance to allow this project to proceed.  A 6,200 square foot addition was later designed by D.L. Howell when the Cadillac Dealership expanded to include Saab.
