Following our completion of his state-of-the-art Dodge and Mitsubishi Dealerships in East Caln Township, Jeff D’Ambrosio contacted D.L. Howell to design two restaurant pads on remaining lands adjacent to the new dealership.  D.L. Howell provided civil engineering services and designed the two restaurant pads that were immediately acquired by Cracker Barrel & Max and Erma's.  Our firm worked closely with these national chains to insure that the facilities were designed in accordance with their standards.  Through this project D.L. Howell earned the privilege of designing another Max & Erma's facility in Oaks, PA.
