LTK Associates, LP consulted with D.L. Howell to design a Chik-Fil-A restaurant and Swiss Farms convenience store on a parcel located along Eagleview Boulevard in Uwchlan Township, Chester County.   D.L. Howell had previously engineered the adjacent parcel into the Lionville Professional Center.  D.L. Howell worked closely with Chik-Fil-A and Swiss Farms Corporate Offices to customize their prototypical buildings onto the site while still complying with all local ordinances and regulations.
