PA Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Planning

What does PADEP Planning entail?

We coordinate the sewage facilities planning modules through the local municipalities, public and/or private municipal authorities and the PADEP for all of our subdivision and land development projects.  The planning modules process entails:

  • performance of soil percolation testing (on-lot sewage disposal systems)
  • verification that no endangered or threatened species are impacted by the project,
  • preparing sewage facilities planning modules permit, coordination with the local Health Departments, public or private municipal sewer authorities, Townships, and the PADEP.

Why should you contact D.L. Howell & Associates for PADEP Planning services?

We rely on technical expertise and on our strong working relationships with the PADEP to produce permitting strategies that are timely and cost-efficient to our clients.

Previous PADEP Planning Projects

Zarelli Group, LLC - A Building Permit Plan which included the planning module approval of an on-lot septic system.  The testing and design of the system was completed by our Environmental team.

Southwoods - The 19 Lot Subdivision located in Caln Township involved the preparation and approval of a planning module.
